Shipping Policy
Fresh Flower Shipping
This policy is for general information. It does not form a contract on its own. Your order is governed by our Terms of service and the delivery option you select at checkout.
We aim to get fresh flowers to you in good time. Cut-off times, delivery dates, carriers and costs can vary by product, season and supplier. Please check the details shown when you place your order.
Carriers We Use
Depending on the order, we or our fulfilment partners may ship using DPD, Royal Mail, or another suitable UK courier or postal service. The carrier used on any given order is at our discretion unless a specific service is offered and selected at checkout.
Tracking may be provided where the carrier makes it available. Tracking is not guaranteed on every order.
Delivery is generally offered to UK Mainland addresses. Some postcodes or product types may be excluded. If we cannot ship to your address, we will let you know or refund the affected items.
Delivery Options and Costs
Shipping prices and service levels (for example standard, AM, or Saturday) are shown at checkout and may change. Typical options may include:
- Standard delivery (Mon–Fri): price as shown at checkout
- AM or timed delivery: where offered, price as shown at checkout
- Saturday delivery: where offered, price as shown at checkout
Selecting the correct service at checkout is your responsibility. We are not liable if the wrong option is chosen.
Cut-Off Times and Dispatch
Any cut-off time for same-day or next-day processing is indicative only and may differ by product or supplier. Orders placed after a published cut-off may be processed on the next working day. Payment must be received before an order is released for dispatch.
Delivery Windows
Estimated delivery windows depend on the carrier and service selected. Couriers usually attempt delivery during normal business hours; AM or timed slots apply only where that service was purchased and the carrier supports it.
Safe place, neighbour, reception or similar delivery may be used at the courier’s discretion. That is treated as completed delivery for shipping purposes.
We suggest ordering 2–3 days before flowers are needed so they can hydrate and recover after transit. This is advice only. You are responsible for allowing enough time for delivery, inspection and conditioning before your own deadline.
Delivery Dates Are Not Guaranteed
Requested or estimated delivery dates are targets only. We do not guarantee dispatch on a particular day or delivery by a particular date or time.
Once goods are with a carrier, timing is outside our control. Delays can happen because of weather, traffic, customs, plant-health checks, supplier issues, peak periods, strikes or other events we cannot reasonably prevent.
A delay, early delivery, or delivery on a different day to the one requested does not entitle you to cancel, reject goods, claim a refund or compensation, unless our Terms of service say otherwise for a verified issue (for example damage reported through FreshProof).
Imports and Availability
Many stems are imported. Transport, customs and market conditions can affect availability and timing. We may substitute a similar item where necessary, as set out in our Terms of service.
