We have secured an ongoing supply agreement with one of the largest cut-flower growers in Europe, operating farms across Europe, Kenya, and South America.
They are one of the few growers with high-altitude farms in Kenya, allowing them to produce fuller, higher-quality roses comparable to South American varieties.
We receive regular farm deliveries every Saturday and Wednesday, with additional top-ups through the week from carefully selected buyers and suppliers.
We are extremely selective about sourcing because these are the same flowers we use for our own retail bouquets.
Flowers are:
There is no extended holding, no unnecessary middlemen, and no long auction storage.
Because we work in high volumes on core varieties such as Mondial, Hydrangeas, Heidi, and Spray Roses, these flowers form the farms' primary production lines. Quality and consistency are maintained through scale and repetition, not chance.
Once flowers arrive, every stem is individually inspected by our team.
They then go through a professional preparation process using specialist flower-care formulas designed for us by a dedicated manufacturer, tailored specifically to reopen stems after transport, reduce bacterial build-up, and promote strong hydration during holding and transit.
This process includes a short stem-opening treatment to remove airlocks caused during freight, followed by clean hydration and a hydration and holding stage to stabilise flowers before packing and dispatch.
Our flowers are packaged so they can remain out of water for up to 72 hours during transport without compromising quality, provided they are conditioned correctly on arrival.
Most varieties travel dry as part of standard professional floristry logistics.
Hydrangeas are the exception.
Due to their high water demand, each hydrangea stem is hand-wrapped individually with a water bubble to ensure constant hydration throughout transport.
This allows us to maintain freshness while still using secure, courier-friendly packaging.
After processing:
We operate a very fast turnaround, meaning flowers are not held unnecessarily and are always moving.
Fresh flowers may arrive dehydrated following transport. This is normal.
Professional conditioning on receipt is required, including trimming, hydration, and appropriate storage before use.
Fresh flowers are natural products.
Variations in colour, shade, opening stage, head size, and stem thickness are normal and expected within professional floristry supply.

All fresh flowers are supplied strictly on a business-to-business basis.
